  • I've driven by this old fellow many times since it burned, without giving it a second thought..
  • But then the other day it just sort of (figuratively) leaped out in front of me. Funny how the sudden entry of an old thing into a person's awareness can make for new insights and creativity.
  • Anyway, I decided I just HAD to come back sometime when the sun was about to set.
  • The shots I got when I returned are, I think, a beginning. I still want to return for one of our more glorious and colorful sunsets. Of course, one never knows just how vivid a sunset will be until the colors show up, so we'll see....<br /> <br /> Here several living flame trees show their colors in the background.
