SAIPAN ICE PUDDLE
Or at least whenever I see these, I think of the frozen puddles of the winter times of my youth. Of course, it's actually salt -- from waves splashing up here and then evaporating. No rain recently here. There is water underneath the salt, however. the salt is probably about an inch thick in this puddle
