  • Selkirk Abbey is a craft brewery in Post Falls, ID. As the name suggests, they emphasize Trappist-style beers, including doubles and triples. This Autumn Blend is a mighty tasty quadruple. It was nice at the brewpub, and was perhaps even better from the bottle here on Saipan!
  • On my most recent trip to the Pacific NW, I promised the owner of Selkirk Abbey that I would photograph a bottle of his flagship ale on our unique tropical Pacific shore. Actually, I may have said "beach," but today El Toro will have to do.

  • Maybe frogs and chameleons tout Bud, but for Selkirk Abbey beeers, we found a man-sized monitor lizard!
