  • These trochus shells were empty. Tank Beach, or at least this part of it, is actually a trochus reserve.

  • We were actually looking for a possible route over to a tidewater cave just on the other side of the point of this peninsula. No luck. In fact, nothing even close.

  • I believe this is a type of encrusting coral. Fairly common and quite pretty.
