FIRST HONG KONG MEAL
We landed hungry and ready to begin to partake of the delicacies Hong Kong is known for. Congee (in the bowl) and Lo Mai Gai (wrapped in the lotus leaf). T'was a delicious welcome to Hong Kong!

on February 26, 2018We unwraapped the Lo Mai Gai after finishing the contents. The lotus leaf was about 2 feet in diameter. I would love to see those plants and flowers! Delicious.
