GOATS ON THE ROOF
When Bev and I drove through here way back in the late 70's, there was a very small store with goats on the roof. Apparently, the elevated critters work well in attracting tourists, who then become customers. The name of the business is GOATS ON THE ROOF, and it is now a large grocery store with lots of variety (for instance, many different types of olive oil, chocolates and coffees from all over the world, etc.) and a chic restaurant. As you can see, the roof has sod planted on to make it kinda like a raised pasture. A fun gimmick which apparently has worked over the past several years.
