ABUELA BONITO Y RIO BUENO A PUEBLO BONITO
Notice the lines of timber holes, large diameter in the wall to your left, smaller diameter in the wall to your right. These wooden remnants used to be whole logs (the ones referred to in the previous photo, logged from 50 to 70 miles away) spanning across the room. This formed a platform for the ceiling of this story and the floor of the next one. As you can see, there was another floor further up, but that's another story.
