DESPERADO AND REPOSADO
Zac spends time in Oaxaca, Mexico each year. It is known for its unique, aged Tequila called Reposado (aged in oak for minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 1 year) and Anejo (aged in small oak barrels from 1 to 3 years).
Thanks, Zac, for sharing these with us! I'll admit that I came away thinking that this must require an "acquired taste" for maximum enjoyment, but the variations were remarkable.
