OCTOBER 12, 2021: DRY FALLS AND LENORE LAKE AREA
While I can't say that, at first glance, Dry Falls is one of the most beautiful locations in Washington State, an appreciation of its past greatly enhances its beauty: These cliffs are about 400 feet tall. Now, add another 400 vertical feet to that and you will be approximately at the level of the horridly turbulent waters here during the most recent Missoula Flood (about 10,000 years ago).
