  • The restaurant in Paradise Inn is totally excellent. You can see Mount Rainier out the window.
  • Zac had vegetable Napoleon, which consisted of grilled portobello, summer squash, egg plant, red pepper, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic vinegar. It looked small, but the flavor was exquisite, and I believe it filled him up well even after he allowed the rest of us to sample it.
