This is an 18-panel panorama done VERTICALLY, such that the top of the photo is actually looking straight up at the tree crowns, and the bottom is looking almost straight down. Gives a kinda odd effect, doesn't it?

  • North Fork Brewery, Beer Shrine, Pizzeria, and Wedding Chapel. We ate there last time through (last year) and thought it was outstanding -- the pizza, the beer, the service -- everything. This year the ambiance was still nice, and I would still recommend the place. However, the beer seemed very watered down and the pizza was not nearly as good as we remembered. I would think that it was just me, but we all agreed that the food and beer had really become run-of-the-mill. Don't get me wrong, they are OK, just not excellent as they used to be. The place apparently is still a very popular local spot, however: It was totally full while we were there. I guess I can't blame them for lowering their quality to stretch their dollars if people keep coming in anyway.
  • This is a nice little park overlooking the Sound south of Bellingham.
  • Yep: This really IS Conan O'Brien! He happened to be in Elysian Brewery in Seattle when we hit the place. He exited quite quickly after we came in, however.
  • I would highly recommend Elysian. We were in their Capitol Hill Brewpub.<br />

  • After Conan left, Bri purchased herself another friend.
