  • Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach him to fish and he'll stand all day in the middle of a river.....
  • One of the local land owners put this bench here. It's called "The Fisherman's Rest." I think it would be difficult to cast from here. But it is a relaxing place to sit, watch, and listen to the river.
  • Glen and Stacey are now leaving. When folks drive off it reminds me of the final frames of all the old Beverly Hillbilly T.V. shows, when the Clampits would all stand on their porch waving as the song played and the credits rolled. <br /> "Come listen to my story about a man called Bill.<br /> Staying in the mountains at his place is such a thrill......<br /> and when it comes time to go get some food,<br /> seems like everyone there is always in the mood....."<br /> <br /> Y'all come back now.
